Basic principle and characteristics of ultrasonic
The 20KHZ ultrasonic signal generated by the ultrasonic generator is converted into mechanical vibrations of the same frequency through the piezoelectric effect of the transducer, and these vibrations are radiated as ultrasonic mechanical waves in the cleaning solution. The alternating positive and negative pressure zones created by these mechanical waves generate countless tiny bubbles, each exceeding 1000 atmospheres of pressure. These bubbles burst at any moment, creating a fine, localized high-pressure impact on the surface of the object, which rapidly removes dirt from the surface and in the crevices. This phenomenon is known as the 'cavitation effect' in ultrasonic cleaning.
