The oscillation mechanism (5-15Hz) agitates parts, ensuring uniform cleaning without manual intervention. Post-cleaning, the vacuum drying chamber (0.08mbar) eliminates moisture thoroughly, preventing white rust on aluminum/zinc die-castings.​
Handles 400-600 parts/hour (gear housings, automotive brackets) via conveyor. Stainless steel construction resists corrosion, while PLC control ensures consistent cycles. Ideal for die-casting factories, reducing rework by 40% and meeting automotive industry cleanliness standards.
