Flexible Automatic Powder Coating Line Overview:
The automatic powder coating line features a quick - change powder hopper, allowing for color changes in less than 5 minutes. It can handle a wide variety of powder types, from metallic to matte finishes. With a conveyor width of 1.2m and a speed range of 0.3 - 2.5m/min, it's suitable for coating products like bicycles, motorcycles, and fitness equipment. Some functions and features of the quick color change spraying system are introduced as follows:
Spray booth body:
1. The spray chamber is made of engineering plastic. It is not easy to absorb powder, so it is very easy and quick to clean and change color.
2. Adopt the internal flat bottom and single pipe exhaust structure in the middle, which is more convenient for operators to work conveniently.
3. Light spray booth and integrated lighting ensure excellent working conditions, personnel can enter the spray booth, with an extended air blow pipe can be easily cleaned inside the spray booth.
Cyclone :
1. The big cyclone has the self-cleaning function, and there is no need to manually climb into the big cyclone to clean up when changing colors;
The large cyclone design, optimized by past experience and technology, ensures a high powder separation efficiency;
2. The upper part of the single pipe cyclone has self-cleaning function due to high wind speed. When the color change is not large or the requirements are not high, the lower cone of the cyclone can be simply cleaned;
3. The large cyclone uses European technology, and the maximum separation rate can reach 95%, saving powder; (related to the powder particle size distribution, ultra-fine powder below 10um is less than 5%)
